StyropackIndustries, one of the largest processing unit of Expanded Polystyrene (E.P.S.) in the west region of India started in 1998, introduced sophisticated technology and economic packaging to customers for their valued product, and excellent service and production system.

Presently, our E.P.S. processing capacity is 600 M/Tonnes per year, through parent company in the name of M/s. THERMOSHELL INDUSTRIES, Mumbai which was started in April 1991.E.P.S. is commonly referred as THERMOCOLE .E.P.S (Thermocole) in excellent combination of properties such as lightness, rigidity, shock absorption property, resistance to moisture, weatherings easily moulded into desirable shapes makes E.P.S.very valuable in the field of Packaging and Thermal insulation.

PACKAGING:- Application thereof : Precision instruments, household electrical appliances,foods and medicine containers, fans, motors, radios, televisions, Moniters, fish boxes,Tile boxes and 2.5 Ltr.acid bottle packaging and moulded boxes in various sizes.We have in all almost 20 various sizes of boxes readily available with us and to maintain temperatures between 20 to 80 etc.

INSULATION:- Due to very low thermal conductivity it is essentially used for thermal insulation in cold storages, refrigerated pipelines, sound insulation etc.

LOOSEFILL : Loosefill is the different packing material.It is by product obtain when E.P.S. Blocks and mouldings are cut and there are left overs.The left overs are not discarded irresponsibly,instead this waste is shredded in the form of 10 mm- 12 mm irregular cubes similar to paper shedding. This sort of EPS shedding is very useful in the packing of small machine parts and to put as fillers in crates and boxes so as not to damage the fragile products.
